Export your evidence
Your portal: results, tasks and the documents, all in one place.
Step 1
Start free or buy Evidence
Start free with a work email. Plan builds the plan, the risk assessment, the policy and every template. When you are ready to ask your people, buy Evidence, £24 per person a year, and the survey switches on. The link is your key. There is no password to set.
Step 2
Set up in the portal
Pick your industry and the portal fills in your sector’s departments and support options in one tap. Adjust them to match how you actually divide up. Ten minutes, and editable later.
Step 3
Invite everyone
You get a survey link, a QR poster, an invitation email for a senior sponsor to send, and a page answering what employees ask. Send it to everyone, not to a group picked by age or sex. It takes under two minutes to answer, with no login and no app.
Step 4
Watch results unlock
Results unlock at 10 responses and show counts, never individuals. Departments break out once 10 people in them have answered. You see what is affecting work, what people asked for, why they never asked, and whether the support you already pay for is reaching anyone.
Step 5
Compose your documents
The portal assembles your plan from the government’s 18 recommended actions with your own demand attached, walks each work area through the risk assessment, and drafts a policy and manager one-pager. Every figure is checkable against your results. You publish it yourself.
Step 6
Remeasure next year
Reminders arrive 60 and 14 days before your deadline, and again when your data goes quiet. Start a new round with one click, and the what-changed paragraph writes itself into next year’s plan.
What you get handed on day one
QR poster
For canteens, noticeboards and the back of toilet doors.
Invitation email
For a senior sponsor to send. Who it comes from does more for the response rate than anything else here.
Data protection note
Written for your privacy lead. GOV.UK says to get their approval before you start.
Employee questions page
What you see, what you never see, and how answers stay unidentifiable.
Manager one-pager
What to say, what not to say, and the adjustments a manager can agree without escalating.
Policy draft
Eight sections, drafted from your own setup. Square brackets mark your decisions.
Reminders
Your deadline at 60 and 14 days, your close date, and a remeasure prompt.
Question 3 of 7
What would make the biggest difference to your working day?

Anonymous. No login.
The survey your people see: two minutes, on any phone.
What your employees are promised
No names, no email addresses, no employee numbers, no IP addresses. The response table cannot identify anyone, including to us.
Groups of fewer than 10 are never shown. That is enforced in the system, not by policy.
The survey asks about work impact, never symptom severity. A workplace assessment, not clinical data.
Free text is shown without a department, so a quote cannot be pinned to a small team.
Those promises are why the answers differ from anything you could collect yourself. Why that matters.
The sample report shows what comes out the other end. Start free and you can preview the exact survey from your own portal; a preview sends and saves nothing.
