How it works

From buy to baseline, all self-serve

Summ Signal runs without us in the loop. You buy it, set it up, send it, and read the results yourself. This page is every step, from first payment to the published documents, with the lost-link fix at the bottom.

Your portal: results, tasks and the documents, all in one place.
1

Check where you stand, then buy

The readiness check is free and shows your gap in ninety seconds. Act Ready is £1,950 paid once by card on the pricing page: everything you need to build and submit your plan, round 1 of results included, and a full refund any time before you export your submission pack. Your portal link appears on screen and by email within minutes, and that link is your key: there is no password to set.

2

Set up in the portal

Name your organisation, pick your industry, and the setup fills sensible departments and support options for your sector in one tap. Adjust them to match how your organisation actually divides up, list the support you already fund, and add any extra answer options your workplace needs. Ten minutes, all self-serve, all editable later.

3

Invite everyone

The Comms pack tab gives you your survey link, a QR poster for shared spaces, a ready-written invitation email for a senior sponsor to send, and an employee questions page. Send it to everyone, not to a group picked by age or sex. Employees answer at the link in under two minutes, no login, no app, no account.

4

Watch results unlock

Results appear as counts and patterns, never individuals, and unlock at 10 responses. Departments break out once 10 or more people in them have answered. You see what is affecting work and what people asked for, ranked by demand. You also see why people never asked, and which of the support you pay for is reaching anyone.

5

Compose your documents

The portal assembles your action plan from the government’s 18 recommended actions, with your own workforce demand attached. It walks each work area through the risk assessment, and drafts a policy template and manager one-pager from your setup. Every figure is checkable against your results. You publish the plan yourself.

6

Remeasure, pay per round

Deadline reminders arrive at 60 and 14 days before your statutory date, and a remeasure nudge when your data goes quiet. Start a new round with one click: collecting answers is free, and opening that round’s results costs £1 per answer, at least £95 and never more than £1,950, shown exactly before you pay. The what-changed paragraph writes itself into next year’s plan: movement, not intent.

The survey your people see: two minutes, on any phone.

What your employees are promised

The survey opens by telling every employee plainly: we are not your employer, and we are not a menopause provider. We take no commission from any service in the questions. Then it keeps four promises.

  • No names, no email addresses, no employee numbers, no IP addresses. The response table cannot identify anyone, including to us.
  • Employers see counts and patterns only. Groups of fewer than 10 people are never shown, enforced in the system, not by policy.
  • The survey asks about work impact, never symptom severity. It is a workplace assessment, not clinical data collection.
  • Free-text answers are shown without department, so a quote can never be pinned to a small team.

Want to try both sides with a fictional organisation? Ask for the demo when you get in touch and the link comes with our reply. The seven questions are published in full right now.

Still deciding?

The questions and answers on the home page cover the law and the deadlines, the seven questions show exactly what your people would be asked, and the get in touch form covers whatever is left. Ask for the demo there and the link comes with our reply.
